If you are ready to proceed with adding the Restrictive Covenant, please fill out the form below and attend the following Signing Meeting:

We are planning an upcoming information session on The Calgary Plan and its potential implications for Lake Bonavista.

We will also continue to schedule Restrictive Covenant signing sessions as groups of properties are ready to sign. Coordinating group signings helps reduce legal and administrative costs, allowing us to maximize the funds available for the ongoing defence and enforcement of the Restrictive Covenant.

More information and upcoming session dates will be posted here as they are scheduled.

There are three steps and a $500 fee to register the Restrictive Covenant on your property:

1. Fillout the form below
2. E-transfer $500 to etransfer@carbertwaite.com and assign password CarbertWaite.
   • Include your name, address and our file number 124384.001 in the comments section.
3. Attend a Signing Meeting
   • Bring ggovernment issued ID
   • Spouses must attend signing together

At the signing meeting you will be asked to sign:

• Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims
• Restrictive Covenant
